The Hospitality Restaurant Training
Center (HRTC) was founded on the principle of providing education and training
in the culinary arts for the economically disadvantage. The mission of HRTC is to prepare the target population for employment in the
hotels, hospitals, restaurant etc. HRTC recruits students through the
homeless shelters and communities in the poverty stricken areas of Washington, DC.
We educate and instruct our
student's in hospitality and culinary arts and upon completion of the
class, we find employment for our graduates in the restaurant and hospitality
industry. We HRTC recruit students through other non-profit and community-based
organizations in the fields of community service and hospitality
services.
The Executive Chef
Director is a Certified Culinarian Educator of the Hospitality Restaurant
Training Center (HRTC).
Hospitality Restaurant Training Center (HRTC) is
a 501-c-3 Non-Profit organization. Our Instructors have degrees and
experience in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts. They are
experienced professionals with impressive achievements in their fields of
expertise. Our Instructors know what employers need and want; they
provide practical, hands-on education that meets those needs.
